James D. McGill
Director- Construction & Development
With a Bachelors Degree in Building Science from Auburn University coupled with nearly 30 years of construction experience, James brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the commercial construction industry to the Southworks team. James has successfully completed construction projects ranging from the K-12 to mixed use centers incorporating hotel, office, MF and retail components. Notable projects include Buckhead Atlanta, St Johns Town Center, Interlock, North Decatur Square and Carver High School. James’ role in all projects included pre-construction and construction oversight.

Jarrett Frye
Project Manager
Jarrett is a highly motivated, results driven professional with 13 + years of experience in sales & the management industry. With a demonstrated understanding of the customer service industry, Jarrett excels at building client relationships and business expansion. As the project manager for Reside Partners, he oversees multiple projects across all phases of development and manages project budgeting to ensure the company obtains the best possible pricing while minimizing risk in the buyout process. Jarrett graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Georgia State University & is currently helping Reside Partners grow business clientele while also focusing on each project through all its phases.

Keith Addison
Superintendent
Experienced Superintendent and Foreman for previous construction companies with a long history of project management. Keith understands the importance of completing each project within budget, on-time & within the company policies and procedures. He has taken on many large-scale projects such as The Interlock, Southern Post, 72 Milton & a few other smaller projects.
